With 15 years of experience and extensive training in the fields of bodywork, somatic therapy, and coaching, I offer a comprehensive approach to finding more balance and alignment in the body, mind, and nervous system.

As a body-centered coach, I work holistically, intuitively, and relationally to help you access your innate ability to heal. My style is interactive, and characterized by warmth, patience, and compassion. I use an integrative approach and draw on a variety of modalities to support you. Whether you are coming in to work with a particular goal or modality, or are unsure of what it is you want or need, together we will create a plan to support you in reaching your goals for change.
